COVID-19 UPDATE 6-2-2020

The current pandemic of COVID-19 has placed very significant challenges upon the Healthcare Industry. Your health, safety, and well-being is and will always be of utmost importance to us! Throughout the past serveral weeks we have instituted serveral extra precautions in an effort to protect you, and every staff member. However, the increasing severity of COVID-19 has forced us to make changes to the current way we practice and service our patients.

New Patients:

Once you arrive in the parking lot, please call the office: 586-997-5048. State your name, make and color of your car.

A Medical Assistance will meet you at your car to take your temperature and escort you into the office for your scheduled appointment.

You must wear a mask or scarf covering your mouth and nose throughout the duration of your visit.

Established Patients - Office Visits:

Once you arrive in the parking lot for your scheduled visit, please call the office: 586-997-5048. State your name, make and color of your car.Remain in your car until a Medical Assistant comes to you. Your temperature will be taken and escort you into the office for your scheduled appointment. A face mask or scarf covering your mouth and nose must be worn at all times throughout the duration of your visit.

Procedure Patients:

The entrance for all procedures will be through our Employee Entrance. Once you pull into the Brookshire Office Plaza proceed

straight. The second door on your left will have an address of 43193. Once you arrive, please call the office at 586-997-5048.

Please state that you are here for a procedure, provide the make and color of your vehicle. Please remain in your car. A Medical

Assistant will come to you, take your temperature and escort you inside the building. A face mask or scarf covering your nose and mouth

must be worn throughout your visit.

We will remain open for phone conversation Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
